If you notice any error / fault in the itinerary, or if something on the tour is not to your liking, please tell the Driver / Guide right away, or, if the answer is unsatisfactory, immediately call our customer support line +351 968701497 or email us to info@findlisbon.com and lodge your complaint or make a suggestion .

They shall only be considered the complaints and claims which have been submitted in writing by the complainant to Find Lisbon within 5 days after completion of the service.

 

-All the Pick-ups and Drop-offs are in Lisbon Region Area. For the Pick-ups outside of Lisbon Area, please call our services.

-Guide inside monuments are not included in all our tours unless specified in the product description.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1 Day Prior to Departure Date                            Non-refundable


2 Days Prior to Departure Date                          70% of payment is refunded


3 Days or more  Prior to Departure Date          100% of payment is refunded
